Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with L’Zur Skincare. We carefully prepare and package every order so your products arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and begin after your order has been processed. L’Zur Skincare cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at zs@lzurdayspa.com. We will do our best to assist before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

L’Zur Skincare is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays may occur that are outside of our control.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building management, and the shipping carrier first.

If you still need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help you determine the appropriate next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to receive your L’Zur products in perfect condition.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at zs@lzurdayspa.com.

Please include:

* Your name and order number
* A description of the issue
* Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
